Job Summary

A youth leadership development non-profit is seeking a Remote National Programs Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Effectively managing and direct field operations and programs
• Recruiting, training, supervising and motivating volunteers
• Overseeing affiliate fundraising, program development, etc

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Comfortable with public speaking before large and small audiences
• Group/individual training experience, and analytical and budgeting skills
• Proficient in MS Office computer applications
