Job Summary
A venture-backed mental healthcare startup on a mission to build the Thermometer for the Mind is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote National Provider Network Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruiting new providers to the national network
- Managing in-network providers and ensure compliance with requirements
- Helping design tools that improve patient outcomes and provider satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Have previously built/managed a regional or national network of mental health providers
- Expertise with the whole network development and management lifecycle (Identify → Recruit → Credential → Contract → Manage)
- Past experience with startups (and/or a demonstrated history of self-starting).
- Fluent in the business, clinical, and technology side of the digital healthcare industry
- Love the experience of autonomy, mastery, and purpose that comes with joining a fast-moving startup and owning all things network development/management
