Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic clients, the full-time Remote National Recycling Director will maximize profits and client retention while leading Client Development Executives and ensuring contractual compliance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee strategic client relationships and enhance service levels to exceed client expectations
• Lead and develop Client Development Executives through mentorship, training, and performance management
• Collaborate across departments to implement new client onboarding and maintain operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business or the waste/recycling industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
• Proven track record of meeting client expectations while delivering internal value
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
