All students deserve high-quality tutoring support to help them achieve their academic potential. Our mission is to enable equitable, high-quality, and cost-effective district managed tutoring for school districts of all sizes. You can be part of our unique SaaS + Services start-up that integrates with schools' existing tech infrastructure and instructional tools to enable school districts and other student-serving organizations to provide equitable access to high quality, flexible, and targeted student support.

What will you do?

Love to build? With some amazing team members already in place, you will take the team to the next level and drive strategy and execution.
Passionate about K-12 education technology? You will need to bring your experience in education technology, but be ready to introduce a new tech-enabled approach to supporting students to school districts all over the country.
Do you love to coach? You will have the opportunity to get deeply engaged in the sales process and coach the team on success tactics. You will constantly work and tweak the sales process so that we can quickly scale.
Do you love to work with other departments, free from silos? You will work with the management team to ensure the sales messaging, product and services are aligned.
Are you a sales analysis geek? You will have a quantitative focus and know how to use the data to close more sales and create better processes.

Requirements
What you will need to be successful here:

7+ years of experience in management in education technology sales to K-12 market
Experience in and knowledge of how to leverage Salesforce and other systems to manage overall sales activity
Experience managing and executing internal sales processes including coaching team members
Proven success with closing complex sales within large school districts
Excellent leader with the ability to roll up their sleeves and build a great company
Ability to collaborate cross functionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion

Prior startup experience is a plus.
You are able to come up with plans A,B,C and even M if needed, and are flexible enough to change course when needed.

Salary range of $165,000-$180,000 base with potential up to $240,000
