Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote National Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Achieving and exceeding volume growth and revenue objectives
- Designing and implementing bonus and incentive programs to align with and ensure facilitation of company/product objectives
- Setting objectives, assessing performance (performance management) and ensuring skill development for direct reports and the Medical Sales Specialist (MSS) team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Conduct and facilitate national, regional and local sales meetings to train and motivate direct reports and MSSs
- Requires Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 15 years experience in pharmaceutical, device sales or healthcare, including significant management experience in field sales
- Experience managing managers to achieve objectives required
- Ability to lead and manage local field sales leaders and to develop staff through coaching and mentoring
- Public speaking ability and facilitation required
