Job Summary
Driving sales through consultative solutions, the full-time Remote National Sales Executive will pursue prospective clients for call center services, manage existing client relationships, and utilize proven sales techniques to meet goals.
Key responsibilities
- Pursue and close sales opportunities from inquiries to drive revenue
- Utilize sales techniques to build rapport and demonstrate solutions that match client needs
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure client and company success while maintaining accurate documentation in the company CRM
Required qualifications
- Ability to assess client needs and effectively close sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word
- Experience in a call center environment is helpful
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Understanding of the sales process, including proposal writing and overcoming objections
