Job Summary
A global information solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote National Sales Public Sector Customer Success Executive in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals
- Act as the connecting thread for internal teams
- Drive customer advocacy in resolving customer issues
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of sales experience in customer success or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience promoting value through the customer experience
- 3 years of experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
