Job Summary
A network and intelligence security company has an open position for a Remote National Security Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Playing a key part in fulfilling our mission to deliver highest-quality technical support to our growing customer base, and solving customer problems
- Helping identify and execute on key strategic priorities for the growth and scaling of technical support to the team
- Leveraging your security or intelligence experience and product knowledge to quickly and comprehensively address customer inquiries
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years of combined experience in customer facing support roles
- Demonstrated superb listening and communication skills; both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to listen to stakeholder requirements and communicate with all levels of a customer’s organization
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to propose, plan and execute on ways to improve our processes to optimize the customer journey
- Ability to provide expert advice and guidance on testing and automating data requests and API calls for customers and Customer Success colleagues
