Job Summary

A technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote National Security Database Management Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Setup, administer, and manage Oracle databases for systems on an AWS-hosted platform
  • Monitor database performance statistics and recommend improvements
  • Perform database administration and maintenance activities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Work is primarily remote with occasional onsite visits to Ft. Detrick in Frederick, MD for customer and team meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Professional AWS training and experience with Oracle Wallet
  • Experience with Medical Logistics (especially DMLSS and/or LogiCole)
  • Experience working with Defense Health Agency (DHA) customer
  • Experience in DevSecOps practices
