Job Summary
A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote National STARS Market Director.
Must be able to:
- Interview, hire, and lead team of directors
- Provide coaching on best practices, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure 4.5 star performance
- Develop strong working relationships with the Medicare and Retirement CEOs and Regional Star owners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Up to 25% travel in the markets
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years demonstrated previous people leadership and team development in an environment of rapid change
- 5+ years collection, analyzing and interpreting complex data and making strategic recommendations
- 5+ years within the health care industry working on clinical quality initiatives
- All other requirements necessary for this position
