Job Summary
A human resource management company is in need of a Remote National Veterinary Associates Application Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Translating business requirements to configuration specifications
- Acting as point of contact for application support needs
- Being the platform subject matter expert
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel may be occasionally required to attend team or internal meetings
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting HR and/or Recruiting applications
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently
- Ability to effectively communicate information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Platform support experience, including testing and implementation activities
- Possess a customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
