Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote National Volunteer Programming Associate Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Growing the reach and impact of the program
- Investing volunteer leaders in building an inclusive and equitable movement and equip them with the skills to do that
- Managing a cross-departmental team of people to accomplish the goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of how systems of oppression impact different communities
- Exceptionally strong project management skills
- Experience planning large (200+ people) events
- Demonstrated track record of writing and running compelling trainings on management skills
- Expertise in developing programs and processes that are inclusive and equitable
