Job Summary
A wellness services provider has a current position open for a Remote National Well Being Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Translate well-being programs and initiatives into an annual plan at the location/business unit level
- Create, lead and ensure continued engagement in client’s Wellness Champion Network
- Create turnkey ideas and materials for Champions to deploy at their sites
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Available to travel, as needed
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required in a health-related field
- 6 years relevant health promotion/well-being related program planning and delivery required
- Worksite well-being industry knowledge and 2-3 years direct worksite well-being experience
- Experience working successfully in both an independent position and a team environment
- All other requirements necessary for this position
