Job Summary

A major nationwide food service provider is filling a position for a Remote Nationwide Food Service Vendor Operations Supervisor II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing communication/support to department employees relating to the setting and achieving goals
• Serving as a liaison for resolving complicated billing issues that need escalation to the filed
• Delegating workload and tasks to meet Accounts Payable KPI’s while efficiently inspecting via output via Scorecards

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Three years’ experience supervising employees required
• Ability to respond professionally and work calmly under pressure
• Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable Life Cycle
• Independent, highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to work independently and in a collaborative manner at all levels
