A NAV business solutions company is in need of a Remote NAV Customer Support Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering NAV functional and technical services to clients
- Resolving, monitoring and following-up on tickets with appropriate urgency
- Assisting Marketing with web and social media content
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2-4 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in customer service or consultant role
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong decision-making & analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
