A NAV business solutions company is in need of a Remote NAV Customer Support Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering NAV functional and technical services to clients
  • Resolving, monitoring and following-up on tickets with appropriate urgency
  • Assisting Marketing with web and social media content

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 2-4 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in customer service or consultant role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making & analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
