Remote NCAA Travel Consultant

Job Summary

As the first contact for NCAA travelers, the full-time Remote NCAA Travel Consultant will manage domestic and basic international travel requests for both group and individual travel, utilizing industry technology to provide efficient and courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle travel requests via phone, email, and portal for air, hotel, and car reservations
• Manage booking, administrative, and accounting tasks related to customer travel requests
• Contribute positively to the team environment while ensuring quality and accountability in revenue-generating tasks

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position
• Travel agency experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
• Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and weekends during peak business periods is required
