Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote NEC Engineer in Oakton.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support
  • Provide detailed ticket and/or service call resolution using the provided platform
  • Analyze system logs and identify potential issues

Required Skills:

  • Must hold a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record
  • SV8500 Basic, SV8500 Advanced Fusion, SV9500, MA4000, GNAV
  • Working knowledge of various Windows desktop O/S and Windows Server systems
  • Working knowledge of T1, ISDN, and PRI configurations and setup
  • Basic networking skills which include an understanding of IP addressing and LAN/WAN components
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting NEC SV8500 and SV9500 systems
