Job Summary

A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote NEC Unified Communications and Voice Tier 3 Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to tickets that cannot be handled by Tier I and Tier II support
  • Perform UC architecture design, maintenance, deployments, and support
  • Initiate and manage VA-approved disaster recovery plans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Expert level repair and analysis experience
  • Able to work remotely
