Remote Negotiations Specialist

Job Summary

A financial solutions company is in need of a Remote Negotiations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build relationships with external partners to assist in resolving delinquent accounts for clients
• Provide oversight to client debt portfolios to determine the best plan of action for settling their debt
• Employ a high level of time management and multitasking ability in order to effectively manage account queues

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Banking, Actuarial Science, Finance)
• Strong communicator
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in technology; experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
• Supports team/department collaboration & inclusion
