Job Summary

A care management provider has a current position open for a Remote Case Management Nurse.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing care plans individualized to the needs of each infant
• Referring members' caregivers to community resources when appropriate
• Acting as a member advocate by the appropriate selection of services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Team orientated events throughout the year
• Three or more years of clinical experience as a Pediatric/NICU nurse
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unrestricted license is required
• Five or more years of managed care experience in a health plan in a case management role is required
• Experience with data entry into a database or EHR required
