Key Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone interpretation services across various industries, primarily medical
• Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring effective communication for Limited English Proficient speakers
• Utilize an online portal or landline to log on and off for interpreting services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of two years of professional interpreting experience, preferably in Over the Phone Interpreting
• Must legally work in the United States with a valid SSN or EIN and Photo ID
• Completion of a language assessment focused on medical terminology and role play scenarios
• Must reside in the United States, excluding California, New Jersey, and New York
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling options
