Job Summary
A full-lifecycle IT solutions provider is in need of a Remote Net New Order Technology Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working directly with external customers to obtain or clarify any missing or unclear information
- Placing orders for net new peripherals and devices into the order management tools
- Following up with appropriate parties and note activities until issues are resolved and order is released
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related technical environment
- Has strong organizational, communications and engagement skills
- Promotes and achieves customer confidence
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
