Job Summary
A Pass Educational Group, LLC is looking for Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) Model. The ideal candidate would have proven experience and expertise in implementing the NPS Model to engage and serve customers. The candidate should be well-versed in how use of the model can have a positive effect on company culture.
The SME position responsibilities would include:
Providing SME content to the team developing the training.
Facilitate the in-person training (A Pass would cover travel expenses) in January 2019
