Job Summary
A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote NetSuite EPM Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of NetSuite EPM overly sales reps in North America
- Provide accurate weekly bookings forecast and provide sufficient information to support the forecast
- Assess skill sets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales team to meet objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Individual should have a 4-year degree, ideally in a Business or Technology specialty
- 5+ years of business management and/or business management software sales experience
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in, sales or managing and leading quota-bearing team members, to ensure successful forecasting and delivery of revenue targets
- Proven ability to maintain and strengthen relationship with client community
- Demonstrated ability to manage first-level escalations of SOP issues, deal strategy and closing support
- Demonstrated experience in executing strategy and managing to a plan
