Job Summary
A business technology company is filling a position for a Remote NetSuite Managed Services Principal Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as senior contributor to service transition and service delivery for accounts assigned to the team
- Ensuring proper coverage on assigned accounts; 1-4 projects or as needed
- Monitoring incident workload and redistribute as necessary
Position Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience on the administrative side of NetSuite, including support & escalations
- Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
- Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP
