Job Summary

An IT and computer services company has an open position for a Remote NetSuite Services Principal Client Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as liaison on all things NSPB to Go-To-Market, Engineering, and Managed Services (ACS)
  • Manage complex / strategic escalations to successful resolution
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across internal customer facing teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to travel on a modest to moderate basis
  • Technical and Implementation experience in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Integration and custom APIs
  • Functional and Technical proficiency around Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting processes and platforms
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/Cloud ERP and related Financial and Accounting processes
  • Experience in process improvement, risk assessment, data analysis, and project management
  • Readiness to network across the Oracle + NetSuite organization
