Job Summary

A telephone service company has a current position open for a Remote Network Analyst III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create Reason for Outages for outage events.
  • Troubleshoot optical, dwdm, and ethernet issues in Core Transport Network
  • Troubleshooting fiber optic issues in fiber network

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 4-year degree in a technical discipline
  • Two years of experience with transport operations
  • Experience with successfully working as a telecommuter
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with Zoom
  • Experience with Remedy Ticketing Systems
