Job Summary
A communication technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Network Analyst III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Administering functions in the device or call agent that require restricted access for security
- Providing escalation support to NA I and NA II for issues that are not resolved through documented procedures
- Performing off-hours maintenance window emergency procedures, upgrades, system backups
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate's Degree in a technical discipline
- 4-6 years technical experience
- 5 years directly related to the job
- 4 years of digital experience
- Proficiency in the use of Windows-based computers and Microsoft applications used by VNOC
