A restaurant reservation service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Network Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Solving complex problems with simple and elegant solutions
- Participating in a 24/7 oncall rotation
- Being an escalation point for critical issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Network Engineer
- Ability to learn and gain new technical skills
- Good interpersonal skills and experience working with other engineering teams
- In depth knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
- In depth knowledge of VPN protocols such as SSL VPN and IPSec
- Experience with JunOS, PanOS, or IOS/NX-OS/ASA-OS
