Job Summary

A hospitality company is filling a position for a Remote Network Engineer IV.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring and responding to network and customer trouble ticket queues
  • Performing configuration changes as required
  • Performing engineering, design, implementation, troubleshoot, administration, and general support

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience routing using BGP required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in telecommunications network operations, including troubleshooting tasks
  • Knowledge of Internet standards and technologies
  • Technical background and direct experience with SIP, SS7, and ISDN protocols
  • Proficient in Cisco PBX and IP Telephony technology and best practices
  • Experience configuring and administering soft switches, SIP proxies, and/or media gateways
