Job Summary

A telecommunications and software company is in need of a Remote Network Operations Center Network Analyst I II in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging with carriers regarding circuit troubleshooting and event management
  • Triaging hardware troubleshooting incidents
  • Networking monitoring and vendor management

Required Skills:

  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of IP Networks and equipment to quickly repair/ mitigate outage conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive issues to resolution
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper and Nokia routing platforms
  • Knowledge of broadband equipment, protocols, and networking
  • Knowledge of central office transport equipment including test methods
