Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Network Operations EOC Analyst in Chantilly.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring network operations on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis
- Providing technical expertise to resolve network and other operational events and trouble tickets
- Delivering notifications and alerts of critical operational events and incidents
Qualifications for this position include:
- US Citizenship
- An active Entrance on Duty
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years related work experience
- Detail oriented
- Flexible
- ITIL v4 certification required within 90 days of hire
