Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Network Platform SRE Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Design services and libraries on top of traditional VMware environments
  • Participate in collaborative projects with software engineering teams
  • Advise management on service onboarding strategies and execution

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel for team meetings
  • 5-7 years of experience as DevOps, Operations Engineer, or SRE
  • 5 years of experience building and operating highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Production experience using configuration management tools
  • Proficiency implementing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery workflows
  • Understanding of network fundamentals for LAN and WAN topologies
