Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has a current position open for a Remote Network Relations Consultant in the Philadelphia Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Optimizing interactions with assigned providers and internal business partners
- Monitoring service capabilities and collaborating cross-functionally
- Supporting or assisting with operational activities that may include database management, and contract coordination
Required Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in business segment environment servicing providers
- 3-5 years' experience with business segment specific policy, benefits, plan design and language
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem resolution and critical thinking skills
- A working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
