A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Network Relations Director in the Charlotte Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for budget accountability
- Directing the communication and complaint resolution strategies between physicians, hospitals, members, and the public
- Hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating performance of direct reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have leadership experience managing direct reports
- Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's physician and provider delivery system
- Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field; 7-9 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
