Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Network Security Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Working with the team to enhance our cybersecurity product offering
• Performing rapid prototyping of new and innovative solutions
• Performing research and development of new offerings and product improvements

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Wide understanding of network security principles and concepts
• Previous Red Team/Blue Team experience (Pen testing and/or Incident Response experience a plus)
• Deep understanding of the Linux Operating System (Debian variants preferred)
• Windows operating systems understanding (Win 7 - 10, +Servers)
• Understanding of IT principals with past operational IT experience (networking, AD infrastructure, business continuity/disaster recovery)
• Practical understanding of different hardware platforms (x86, arm, peripherals, different storage architectures, etc.)
