An IT service provider is filling a position for a Remote Network Support Engineer III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring network equipment such as firewalls, switches, and WAPs
  • Handling tickets reported by users
  • Supporting and troubleshooting Cisco routing and switching equipment

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Advanced understanding of routing protocols
  • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP. Core networking fundamentals mastery
  • Advanced understanding wireless LAN technologies
  • Advanced understanding of various WAN connectivity options and design
  • Advanced understanding of Cisco ASA, ISR routers, catalyst/nexus switching, and WLAN
  • Advanced understanding of IPSEC VPN configurations
