Job Summary
A research organization has an open position for a Remote Neurologist Medical Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing medical input into study feasibility, site selection and site initiations as required
- Developing meeting materials and participate in Investigator meetings as required
- Serving as Medical Monitor for one or more protocols as required
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as necessary (up to 20%)
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is required
- Relevant training, experience and certification within the sub specialty area of interest
- Substantive working knowledge of drug development process, regulatory policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to function in a matrix organizational environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
