Job Summary

Leading team efforts on department-specific collections, the full-time Remote Neurology Operations Team Lead will assist staff with operational issues, identify trends, and promote team goals while working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist staff with daily operational problems and backlog
• Identify trends related to department and payor issues
• Motivate staff and promote team effort towards departmental goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance or collections
• Knowledge of ICD 9 and CPT coding
