A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Nevada State Program Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the “account manager” to health plan customers
- Manage a matrix team across work streams

- Travel 25 % of the Time
- Undergraduate/ Graduate Degree
- Awareness of Trauma Informed Care Philosophy
- 5+ years of direct people management or team lead experience
- Experience in developing, managing and enhancing relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office
