Job Summary
One of the nation's largest independent and conflict-free retirement solution providers is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote New Business Block Conversion Specialist in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead project plan efforts, drive conversion timeline and ensure project plan tasks are executed timely and accurately from internal and external partners for various levels of block conversions
- Request and coordinate the gathering of conversion data, while setting client and financial advisor expectations
- Convert and quality check plans with zero errors
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of New Business/Conversion experience
- Relius experience
- Proven excellent communication and strong project management skills
- Ability to interact with clients to resolve data conversion issues in a win-win manner
- Ability to work in a team environment to ensure posting of participant conversion balances, establishing existing loans and loading all historical plan activities
- Ability to perform all quality checks including trust reconciliation, verifying participant vesting and creating/correcting statement edits
