Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote New Business Case Manager in Bellevue.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting peers with processing questions and at times mentor peers as needed
- Performing index and data entry of application information into workflow, customer/agent relationship and administrative systems
- Serving as direct point of contact internal and external partners regarding requirements gathering for applications through to contract issuance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer service or operations type of function
- Solid interpersonal skills with a service minded, team attitude
- Digital literacy; comfortable with technology and learning complex systems
