A marketing company that specializes in digital media solutions for the consumer packaged goods and retail industries has an open position for a Remote New Business Development Director.

Must be able to:

  • Be committed to creating new business opportunities while also growing existing accounts for Catalina
  • Use data, research, and insights to grow business within the assigned client group
  • Sell a product mix to ensure success, with a strong emphasis on digital solutions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3- 5 years of sales experience; some new business development/attracting new clients
  • Passionate about selling and creating value for customers
  • Self-motivated, creative, results-driven, and solution-oriented
  • Selling multiple/integrated products
  • Proven experience and continual development of proficiency with solution selling and closing opportunities
