Job Summary

A science and technology solutions is seeking a Remote New Business Talent Acquisition Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Intel TA SME and POC for all new business
  • Partner with TA Manager and BD on red team reviews, bid reviews and BRR’s
  • Mentor and train new recruiters in new business activities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA and 12 years of experience
  • Experience leading/mentoring 2-3 recruiters
  • Experience with new business proposals
  • Experience working multiple proposals
  • Clearance not required but secret preferred
