Job Summary
A science and technology solutions is seeking a Remote New Business Talent Acquisition Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the Intel TA SME and POC for all new business
- Partner with TA Manager and BD on red team reviews, bid reviews and BRR’s
- Mentor and train new recruiters in new business activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA and 12 years of experience
- Experience leading/mentoring 2-3 recruiters
- Experience with new business proposals
- Experience working multiple proposals
- Clearance not required but secret preferred
