Job Summary

A provider of residential real estate services is seeking a Remote New Product Development Director in Madison.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Digital product development efforts
• Build and lead Product development teams
• Develop, prioritize and groom features

Required Skills:

• M.B.A. or B.S./B.A.
• 7+ years’ in product management roles building and launching successful software products
• Strong technical background, either from academic, engineering, or hands-on product development
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements, creating user stories, test cases, and wireframes
• Experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Ability to document systems design, create specifications, flow charts, and other related diagrams based on needs
