Core Responsibilities Include:
- Co-producing deliverables such as qualitative research reports, client & team member journey maps, process flows, etc
- Supporting holistic service design activities within a strategic client journey
- Communicating, promoting & demonstrating a human-centered design process
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as service design, UX design, graphic design, design research
- OR 3 years equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to visualize patterns, complex systems, flows and interactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Understanding of the intersection of technology and human behavior across physical and digital touchpoints
