A business services and development company is seeking a Remote New Value Focus Curriculum Design and Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Design and develop learning curricula and programs
- Analyze training needs and requests and recommend the appropriate learning solutions
- Use program management skills and tools to independently manage multiple small to medium scale projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong experience in training and enablement organizations
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating a variety of learning offerings
