Job Summary
A engineering solutions firm is in need of a Remote Associate Corporate Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Be a legal advisor to all teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, HR, etc.
- Review, draft and manage NDAs, licensing, vendor, reseller, marketing and professional services agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A J.D. degree
- Licensed to practice law in the state of New York or ability to practice as in-house counsel in New York
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience
