Job Summary

A mental healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote New York Licensed Healthcare Legal Affairs Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead complex legal projects
• Develop, assess and negotiate contracts
• Manage the work of and relationships with paid outside counsel

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 8 years of experience, including significant professional experience in-house within a startup environment
• License to practice law in New York
• 4-6 years of progressively more responsible transactional experience in corporate governance
• Experience exercising influence and managing change
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in the Healthcare industry
