Job Summary

A mental healthcare company has an open position for a Remote New York Licensed Therapist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting the mental and physical health care of a member panel through a digital health platform
  • Coordinating care with the member’s healthcare team
  • Developing, implementing, and updating care plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • New York Licensed LCSW, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist
  • 2 years providing care for patients with mental health needs.
  • Familiarity, comfort, and confidence with technology and start-up culture
  • Comfort and confidence navigating multiple computer applications
  • Strong clinical background with in-depth understanding of factors affecting patient outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with members with behavioral and mental health issues
